Middle School Campus

Academic Program

The middle school, grades 7-8, is an academically rigorous yet developmentally appropriate program for the adolescent student. In addition to the core classes of Religion, English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, and Physical Education, we offer the following:


  • Participation in weekly, First Friday, and Holy Days of Obligation Masses, as well as Penance services throughout the year
  • Exploratory classes in a wide range of topics and interest areas; previous options have included Outdoor education, Chorus, Latin, Spanish, Drama, Study Skills, Art, Cooking, Sewing and Computer Applications
  • Single-gender classes in some Mathematics and English courses
  • Honors classes in Mathematics and English for those students who demonstrate ability through placement testing
  • Bookstore and textbooks online
  • State-of-the-art laboratory facilities, library and two mobile laptop carts for use in classes.
  • A separate administrative team to serve the needs of middle school families
  • Tutorial periods in which teachers are available outside of school hours for students needing extra help
  • After-school care available for families at additional fees
  • Intermediate and Advanced Band courses are taught by a full-time band director
  • Separate Middle School teams in cheerleading, football, volleyball, basketball and soccer with access to varsity teams in other sports
  • Physical Education classes with access to our athletic complex
