Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School is pleased to announce that junior Tyler Price was named the Montgomery Quarterback Club Private School Football Player of the Week for the week of Septiembre 22-24, 2016.
Tyler, a running back for the Knights, rushed for 184 yards on 24 carries and 2 touchdowns in Catholic’s 28-6 win over Elmore County on Septiembre 23. Head Coach for Catholic, Aubrey Blackwell said, “I am extremely proud of Tyler, he is a great young man with a bright future and a 3.3 GPA.”
The Knights are more than half way through the season, with a record of 4-2, the Knights have four games remaining: Ashford at Home on Octubre 7 for Homecoming, at Bullock County on Octubre 14, ACA at Home on Octubre 21, and their final regular game at Marbury on Octubre 27.
