Mary Kelley

Middle School Counselor

Yes! I am a proud member of the Class of 1991.

My husband and I have been married for over 16 years and met through a Montgomery Catholic connection. We happily share 20+ nieces & nephews, many of whom are alumni of our school. We also have 2 sweet hunting dogs: Bubba & Woody.

The best part of being an educator, no matter what role you play, is that you get to participate in helping students grow into the people God created them to be, which is something very special. I consider it to be a real honor to get to do that in a Christian environment and a blessing to continue to cheer them on in life long after they graduate from our school.

We have such a diverse community, in every sense of the word, and that is what I love most about Montgomery Catholic. We have students who come to us from all over the River Region, from a variety of faiths, family types, sizes, and backgrounds. We embrace the whole child and consider them a part of our family. I love that our school community reflects the community in which we live, which is very important to us. Montgomery Catholic is a very special place.

Universality–We are Catholic and catholic. We are a Catholic school where faith comes first, founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, rooted by the Catholic church, where service to others is important, and family is at the heart of it all. We are a catholic school, which means we are universal, where we welcome people to be a part of our community. Being part of a family also means we celebrate each other’s success, support each other through challenges, and love each other through it all. Once you become a part of our community, you will always be a part of the Montgomery Catholic family.
