Montgomery Catholic Students Win State Championship with the Capital City Streaks Soccer Program

The Capital City Streaks U-15 girls team won the State Championship in Decatur, Alabama over the Veterans’ Day weekend. Three team members are students at Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School; they are Samai Martinez, 8th grade, Caitlin Sears and Shannon Guin, both 9th grade. The Streaks defeated United Soccer Club of Huntsville 1-0 to claim the state title and sailed through the state tournament with a 4-0 record. The Capital City Streaks 93 team will advance to the regional tournament in North Carolina in 6월.
