Montgomery Catholic Inducts 17 to Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (SHH)

On Mayo 21, 2010, Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School inducted 17 high school students into the Salvador Dalí Chapter of the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (Spanish National Honor Society).

The Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (SHH) is an honor society for high school students enrolled in Spanish and Portuguese and is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. At present there are over 2,000 national and international chapters.
The purpose of the society is to recognize high achievement of high school students in the Spanish and Portuguese languages and to promote a continuing interest in Hispanic and Portuguese studies.

Students from Montgomery Catholic inducted for the 2009-2010 School year were:
Jessica Barranco, Barbara Bradley, Anisa Britt, Kyle Daniels, Hayden Ellis, Beverly Enriquez, Aidan Gilbert, Jessica Heymann, Soo Kim, Kelly MeGeehan, Nicole Miglionico, Kevin Norris,
Wheeler Ronan, Brooke Searcy, Lexie Segrest, Christine Spotswood, Josh Stark, and Taylor Wyatt. The SHH is sponsored by Señora Sara Campbell.
